Derrick’s real estate roots began early, renovating homes and managing rental properties with his family, while in high school. Derrick grew a professional career in IT at a Fortune 500 company and was a self‑employed contractor focused on design and remodeling client’s homes. Heather’s background in retail leadership and office administration sharpened skills in sales, client care, organization, and transaction management. Together we now combine technical know‑how, construction experience, and client‑first service to guide every real estate transaction with integrity and precision.
